PETS UNLIMITED ripoff Reston Virginia

Pets Unlimited sent a response to BBB.com stating that if I wanted my money returned all I had to do was resign. So I did and I stopped receiving emails for about a week. Now I am getting them just as though I never resigned. I still cannot get an answer on the phone, and I cannot get a response from the BBB. I want so kind of response from someone.

I WANT my money back! What kind of business has no email address and then gets by with telling stories and getting by with it???? If I'm the customer and I'm not satisfied, and I feel misled, I SHOULD get my money back!! And when they tell how (only through the BBB) and I do what they say, and they still ignore me, then what steps do I take?

Someone needs to shut theses people down. How do I get ahold of the Attorney General? I heard they can take care of this sort of thing?
