PHH Mortgage Coldwell Banker Mortgage and Mortgagequestions.com Improper forecloser , Internet

We are getting Foreclosed on by PHH Mortgage. We have been trying to work with them. BUT GET THIS - they wanted 4 months of mortgage payments paid in full while they were sending us back two payments out of the four that we already made. We got the run around and I had to stay on hold an average of 20 to 25 minutes to wait for someone to pick up. We are currently attempting to do a deed in lieu of foreclosure for our credit.

We have had to move out of the area due to the recession, and at the time I reported this post there was over a 20 month supply of homes on the market. After a year of trying to sell our home 30% below what we paid for it we have little choice so PHH gets this one.

But do not trust them as far as you can throw their building. They do not communicate just wait like a cat in the bush ready to jump when you get one step behind.
