phh mortgage forgot to pay taxes raised payment 400.00 a month robbing me blind refuse to answer even my attorneys Internet

Two years ago phh neglected to pay my taxes resulting in huge late fees and penalties which they finally paid out of my escrow.
After 6 months of trying repeatedly to get the issue resolved finally spoke with a supervisor who said she would do an investigation and send a resolution letter within 30 days, never got one. Last fall I went to the courthouse to make sure my taxes were paid only to find out that phh had only made a partial payment.
Since the taxes were due the next day, I paid the balance. Called phh, they said they had mailed an $1800 check, way more than what my taxes are, and ALOT more than the county received.
Then phh raised my payment $400 a month. After another 3 months on the phone with them I called the attorney general, FDIC and FHA, all told me I need an attorney.
I hired an attorney who has sent them 3 letters, they refuse to respond.
This company is the worst. They are robbing me blind!
