I cannot begin to tell you how horrible my experience has been with Phoeniz Hard Parts. I have been without my vehicle for over a month now and I am out $2800. This compnay is full of liars. I have been promised everything and given nothing but the wrong transmission. They now have my core and their incorrect transmission and they will not refund my money! Absolute crooks. I only wished I lived close enough to pay these guys a visit in person!

Same problems, different day

I am still having problems getting my money back from PR after six weeks of agony. First, they sent the wrong transmission, then they wanted to get mine in to rebuild it. My mechanic told me that it was not rebuildable and I passed that info along. They said they were experts and my mechanic didnt know what he was talking about. Needless to say, they could not rebuild mine. I was told that I would get my money back minus half of the shipping. I am so weary from dealing with these guys that I agreed to eat $130 just to have it over with. I waited 10 working days and called back to see why I had not received the refund. I was told then that it was scheduled to go out after the first of the month.

Frank, if you read this, I would be glad to talk with you and try to resolve this problem. I have asked for your number, but no one seems to be able or willing to give it to me. From reading all of the other entries on this website you appear, for the most part, to be reasonable and understanding. I would love the opportunity to explain to you what I have been put through over the last six weeks by Dwayne and the rest of your staff.

Still no news!

After six weeks of dealing with PRT (primarily the salesman Dwayne) I still am out $2800. They finally told me that they would refund money minus half of the shipping. That was two weeks ago and nothing has been returned.

I finally got an e-mail response stating that they would be returning my money after the first of June. Naturally, my credit card statement for May will show the charge so I will have to pay the $2800 and then wait until I charge that much back up again. I e-mailed John about this problem but of course got no response.

Please read all of these complaints if you are considering doing business with this company.
