I recently received my credit report because I am refinancing my home. I noticed that Pinnacle Credit Services appeared on my credit files. I have sent two letters asking for information on this account to Pinnacle and they have ignored them and they have not been returned in the mail.

I have filed report with the FTC and my state's Dept of Justice. I have sent out a third letter sending it certified this time. But prior to them listing this account on my credit file I did not received any information from them. They are rip offs and do not trust them.

Pinnacle Credit Services I settled a debt with them and they did not send me a letter of it being paid. The debt has since been bounced around to diffcerent agencies and have been unsuccessful in getting a hold of someone. i hopkins, Minnesota
