Pioneer Credit Recovery AKA Loan Sharks LIARS and many other four letter words Did not email forms to apply for rehabilitation program to reduce garnishment Arcada, New York

I recently received a garnishment from my employer in the amount of 15% going to Pioneer Credit Recovery. I contacted them and explained that I can't afford this payment and was given an option to make auto payments from my checking and they would reduce the garnishment to 5%, I was told the forms would be emailed and to sent them in as soon as I fill them out so my next paycheck would not be garnished as well. I still have not received this email with the forms. I know this is something I need to take care of, however I have yet to see a signed promissory note for this loan, all my other loans are in forbearance yet this one fell through the cracks so I have been told. With this garnishment in place I will have 47 dollars left to last me two weeks which means no groceries, no gas to get to work ( so I will be fired no garnishment now) I will now apply for food stamps and receive around 500.00 a month for food, so the government will be paying me in food to pay my student loan in money it make sense to someone I am sure. So if the government can hire such a ruthless company to collect on all these student loans, and yes I read all the reports PAGER you should be very proud of yourselves your are doing a great job getting these loans paid why can't the government hire PCR to collect child support as well, I am owed over 60,000.00 and yet no garnishment has been placed on the other parent yet one has been placed on me for loan that started at 3,000.00 which is now over 6,000.00. So please look into this system which I believe is very broken, if the government works this hard to collect my child support I would be able to pay off all my bills, buy groceries give my children a better life.
