Planet Ford ripped off at a dealership in houston called planet ford very unfair!! Houston/Spring Texas

I went to planet ford to buy a used vehicle, well they asked for $1100 of down payment for a 2003 Ford Focus ZX3. I had only $500 at the time and the total price of the car was $12k something like that, well they told me i had like 2 weeks to come up with the rest of the down payment. I do not know much about cars and pricing and stuff, if i did this would have never happened. After i had the car i did a car appraisal online, it said that the car should be worth around $6k.

Thats not all, the second day i had that car, the driver seat broke and it was leaking cooling fluid that same day. 10 days later, i decided to take the car back to the dealership. Not to mention the bad/rude service they have. when i got there i told the finance person about my decision and asked her for my down payment money back, she got an attitude with me and told me. " well, since you've had OUR car for that amount of time, you have added miles to it and have depreciated the value of OUR car. They kept most of it and only gave me about $180 back which i think is CRAP!!

Im never going to planet ford again! and for some reason i am still getting bills from that car, it seems like someone doesn't want to do their job. its been more than 1 month and i am still getting monthly car notes from that car, whats the deal with that? Just warning people out there especially first time buyers! Beware of planet ford!
