Planet Mobility / Medical Mobility is a scam. Mike and Mary are liars who prey on the handicapp. Mike claims to be handicapp which I dont believe him. He runs all the way to the bank with the money he scams from people. I ordered a scooter spent $1776.00 after two months of excuses after excuses we got the correct scooter. But i was charged extra for merchandise I never got. Mike and Mary answeres calls, put you on hold and then finally Mike picks up and starts to try to make you think he cares so much about the troubles this company is having with employees. Bottom line you are never going to get a refund. Dont worry Mike and Mary your day will come when all this comes to a halt and your scam will be out in the open.
