PLATINUM SERVICES.COM unauthorized withdrawl from bank account Internet

On 4/24/09 Some internet business called PLATINUM SERVICES withdrew $99.95 twice from my bank account without authorization from me/What they did was piggy backed off Payday Loans websights/I didnt know that i had auto refill of and so information was repeated for them/I signed nothing and actually skipped all popup ads/they state they do not need signature ti withdrawl funds from my bank account/They stated they have no refund policy yet stated they would refund 1 of the $99.95 to me/If no refund policy why would they even do that/They would tell me who owned the company or an address or a phone number/They stated they sent me a email which gave me two days o refuse service/I told them that it was highly probable that it went into my spam email and that i never opened any spam mail/Not only that not knowing who they were or what services they provded Even if it came into my email, not spam email I would not have opened it and would have put it in spam folder/Per research they have a habit of making unauthorized withdrawls from peoples account/They are plain stealing from people and trying to get away with it/They need to be stopped
