PNC has a usless customer service department. All I wanted to do was pay a bill. Instead of taking a payment they sent me to a 3rd party payment processor named CLC Consumer Services. The person from CLC was very rude kept telling me she could not hear me, Repeated everything I said but did nothing I asked she had no earthy ideia how to do her job I had to hang up because we were just going in circles.
