Portrait Innovations Offered a Senior Package for Pictures and the quality of the product did not meet reqirements needed for yearbook Brighton Michigan

They advertised a Senior Special at a great price and we thought this would be good with all that we needed to do this senior year.  My daughter right away was not happy with the pictues or the photographer.  They didn't tell us until AFTER the pictures were taken that they do not do photo editing.  (Even the schools do photo editing when pictures are taken in Elementary school)  Tried to explain the situation to them at that time they said it was too late and I had to take the pictures or get a check back in the mail from the corporate office that could take 2 month to get back.  Couldnt wait 2 months for a check that I just paid them for that day.  They said that they give you the "copy rights" when they give you the disk and that Emily could have the pictures edited.  Come to find out the pictures have to have a min 300 dpi and their pictures only have 98 dpi HORRIBLE quality and now we are 2 days out from having to have them send to the school for year book and I am unable to get these pictures edited now have to pay for others to be taken and hope we can get them taken and edited by the deadline!
