Portrait Innovations Rude Inconsiderate Studio Manager Wesley Chapel Florida

I will start out by saying we were SO EXCITED to have our FIRST family portraits taken. We chose Portrait Innovations without doing any research and only becuase we had a coupon for a deal that couldn't be passed up....$12.99 for 54 photos and a free gift. I will also say that a week prior I spent some time on the phone making an appointment for my family and my brothers family. I was told that we could have our appointment times back to back so that my mother could get a quick shot with her three grandchildren. My mother would be the one that was purchasing our pictures as a Christmas gift for us. So we wanted her to have a special picture too. 

Our excitement quickly turned to frustration, doubt, anxiety, and ANGER. The studio manager was so unbelievalby rude (which is a nice word for her) that I couldn't believe that she was a manager. She ruined our experience with her eye rolls, attitude toward us, treating us with NO RESPECT. 

I was ready to walk out before we even started and regret that I didn't. When I asked about getting the picture of my mother with the kids she rolled her eyes and said "we can't do that!" I said that I was told that we could and that was the reason I set the appointment for my family and my brothers back to back. She accused me of lieing and with anger asked me who told me that. Of course I had no idea who it was. She tested me and quizzed me asking if it was a male or a female on the phone. Again I told her I didn't know because I had many phone conversations with several people.

She continued to hassle us and give looks of disgust like we were so stupid to make such an OBSCENE request. 

Again, I should have walked out! Wish I had. I couldn't believe how disrespectful this manager was to me. Treating us like we were dirt instead of paying customers. I WILL NEVER go back to Portrait Innovations at Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel, FL
