Horrible experience for a multitude of reasons. The whole experience started with them being an hour behind schedule despite being open for only 2 hours. When they were finally ready for us they wanted to put us in a themed room despite specifying that we wanted a plain background. So we had to wait even longer until the correct studio was available.

When we started we told the photographer that we wanted family photos waist up, he then proceeded to try to take separate shots of each person and after arguing for several minutes we just relented. When he was finished we asked if they added the background color because we were standing in front of a dirty white screen. He said no and asked if we wanted to do a few in black. We did and went over to the computer to pick our photo.

It was a good thing we did because my father's hair didn't show up on the white background. Over 80% of the photos were unusable because the so called professional photographer couldn't pick out the right background and we almost had 100% unusable. We were then forced to sit as he brought up every single one and had to say no to each one. Then he made us wait as he added effects and make a calendar we didn't want. When we finally got to the ones we took with the black background they weren't waist up like we wanted and the lighting was all wrong. My hair and beard were orange! We asked if they could correct the color and they said they didn't Photoshop anything.

The whole experience was awful, the place was unprofessional and the sales pitch was aggressive.
