Premier Credit DON'T MAKE SENSE! 2002 Wesley Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46219 Nationwide

 21 year old here just trying to build up credit. I've applied for loans and credit cards, but i never got approved?? Why is that? So i decided to get online and view my credit score! Looking at the history, looking to see why I never get approved! I see there is a company on my credit report, called Premier Credit?? At first I literally had no clue what they was I'm reading and reading and it's a dept collector Saying I owe them $1050???? Look I don't owe anyone money I have no credit so how can I owe this company money? Never heard of them before, so clearly means I don't owe them s**t!! Still not sure what money they are trying to collect, but It's affecting me from building my credit!!!! Anyone Know of something I can do?? Websites or numbers to report Something on my credit report that i have nothing to do with??? HELP!!!
