Premier Family Services I paid the $750.00 for legal services, specifically to do a responce for his divorce. The document he got had errors on 29 pages of the 34. They would not return calls or would hang up on him. When he informed them he had talked to a lawyer who indicated they were not licensed to practice in MN they hung up on him. I asked for a refund of the $750.00 they indicated it wasn't refundable. Goleta California

They were paid $750.00 to write up a response for my son's divorce. What he got was a 34 page document with errors on 29 of those pages. They either would not return phone calls to resolve the issue or they would hang up on him. He finally contacted a lawyer who said they were not licsened to practice in MN when he called and told them this they hung up on him. They have a video that tells how they win most of their cases. We still have that video. Basically they don't provide what they say. My advice don't use them for any type of legal sevices. They don't give refunds and according to BBB there are complaints of them putting more charges on customer credit cards. I have contacted my credit card company to tell them that Premier Family Services is not authorized to put any further charges on my card. I also was told I could cancel the monthly fees of $45 which I did. I have an email stating that they would do this but again there are complaints out there that they continue to bill for these. I also paid them $90.00 up front which is not refundable. They say they offer low cost legal fees for fathers and say they can win their case. Look at what my son got and tell me how they could possibly win his case.
