Pro Seal is a rip-off company Order $20 product 14 weeks ago and still have not received it Hicksville New York

I ordered the TV advertised product on March 28th and still have not received it as of today the 29th of June. I was originally informed that the order would take 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered to my house. I called the 1-800 number after about nine weeks and they informed me that it had already been sent out and must have gotten lost in the mail. They asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and I said no. They informed me that it would take another 3 weeks to send the order out to me again. I also talked them into taking the shipping cost off because of the long delay. They agree and said it would be deducted from the bill. As of today (4 weeks later), the shipping cost still has not been taken off. I called them today, 14 weeks after the original order, and told them that I still have not received the products. They told me that was because they are on back order and will not be shipping any more out for 3 to 4 weeks. So by time I would receive this fictional product, it would be about 18 weeks after I placed the order. Most likely the product will not show up at all.

The people that I talked to both times were not cooperative at all. There is no email address or phone numbers that they will give out so you can talk anyone who might be in charge. This company might not even exist and the thing is a total scam!
