Pro Seal ripoff dishonest no refunds after 3 months liars Hicksville New York

I order Pro Seal online on March 11, 2006. After I did not receive the product in the 6-8 week time frame upon which I was told I would I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told it would show on my next statement. I waited and still no refund.

I have contacted them 8 times since requesting the refund and speaking to supervisors is a joke they say the same thing. "It will be on your next statement" this is their motto evidently. I have since filed with the WV Attorney Generals Office so that maybe they can get something done. I was told at first that the product was shipped but that goes along with the non-existent refund.

I just wanted to warn others that they are a ripoff and very good at lying. Hopefully something will come from the attorney generals office. I will keep you up-to-date.
