My sales representative originally talked to me about our "religion" and how much we had in common and how i should trust him because of our common religion. This alarm system keeps going off at early hours in the morning (3am-5am), the alarm was accidentally set off once by my wife - i called to deactivate the alarm and was told the police would not show up - they did after protect america stated multiple times they would not - it terrified my babies, the peices continue to break and are worth about ten cents each, I have tried multiple times to escalate these issues with their customer service department to which they continue to refer me to tech support (monday thru friday 9am to 5pm); I work during these business hours and cannot afford to sit at home and be "blown off" by their technicians and customer service. I am demanding they cancel my contract and not charge any fees, they refuse. This is after waiting the three years that I initially agreed to. In small print it says "cancellations must be made at least 60 days before contract expiration or the contract will automatically extend". This is an unfair and deceptive business practice. This entire business relationship has been horrible. I was tricked into entering into a contract by a sales representative who used religion as a common ground. The equipment is worthless, the tech support is worthless, the cancellation policies are horrible.
