"Beware" before you enter into a contract with this company you have to be in your grave to be able to void your contract. I had a major stroke in 2009 and was put out of work on disability. I realized I would be unable to pay all my bills and knew I would be limited on what I could pay. I had to figure out what I could do without in order to meet my monthly obligations. I phone this company and they informed me to write a formal letter to the manager explaining my problem to ask for a termination of my contract however they phoned to inform me that my excuse was not a valid excuse and turned me down but they did offer me a buy out "like I had the money" to do that. I ask to speak with the manager and he to said the same thing so I will tell you that  once you sign their contract , death is the only valid reason for voiding their contract. I now take food off my table to pay the fee simply to try and hold my credit at an acceptable range but I am thinking about bringing charger aganist this company for making me pay for the service that I have not had since the stupid thing was put in.  I  lost much of my memory in the stroke and was unable to respond when the alarm accidently went off so I had to take the batteries out to keep the alarm from going off. I think there are laws which protect handicapped people like me and I intend to look into the law and bring charges aganist Protect America and everyone else with this problem should do the same. I am tired of harassing phone calls and always tell them I am doing my best to survive and they will get their money when I get my Social Security Check. This is one of the worse companies that I have ever been involved with and PLEASE DON'T BE AS STUPID AS MYSELF.
