This company is posing as Publishers Clearing House and has sent a check in the amount of $5,109.00. The letter states that my representative is Mark Wilkerson and that the CFO is Christopher Porter. They have also given me a security code. I know that this is a scam but called the number anyway and of course got a message to leave a message for Mark. I did. I told him I was reporting him.

Why is it every time someone posts this known scam that they use the STOLEN COMPANY name in the title? Like that company was somehow behind the scam - when you are reporting it was not them!
The Title should receive SCAM LOTTERY CHECK or SCAM SWEEPSTAKES CHECK then in the comments section state that the fraudulent check was sent to appear like it came from Publishers Clearinghouse.
