The individual called me stating he was from Publisher's Clearinghouse and that I had won 2.5 mill in prize money.  They wanted me to go to Western Union and send them 500.00 to cover the taxes.  The names they wanted me to send the money to are Sonia Parkinson, and Lucea Hanover in the country of Jamaica. Then I was to call them back at the number 876-782-3460 to give them the reciept number from the Western Union. This is a scam do not give them any money!
