what ever you do, make sure to take this seriously and follow through 100%. file complaints against them within your state and in their states, seek consumer protection and file complaints. If they find out you are unable to travel to Illinois, they will file a judgement for your appearance in their state.
what ever you do, do not listen to others that state let it go and do not answer - because they will file in court against you.
keep copies of everything, locate old file copies, etc. seek legal advice from your state and where judgement is being filed. There seems to be very little help out there from the consumer complaint departments, make sure that you file with the correct departments - my state offers excellent service and assistance directly from the Attorney General's office, i am greatful to them.
DO speak with Torvik law (this page advertised) and if possible assist him with litigation action against Pushpin Holdings and possibly against Ari Madoff, their supposed lawyer. We need to stop these people.
I believe most of my affidavits are fake or forged. They did not submit any proof of debt assignment to me or many others which date back to the originator, in fact they out right lied to me stating that my debt was sold to them by the company. I will be conversing with more legal advisors on how to handle my judgement filed against me by Pushpin Holdings. and if i have to, I will take the bus to Chicago or drive there and appear in court with all of my documentation.
wow, who ever thought that our country or any state would allow this form of scam go this far.

I have an idea on stopping this. We can all get together and file a class action lawsuit against this company. They just filed a whole bunch of lawsuits on 10-15 including ours. We can get togetther on this and sue this POS company. They advertise that they are "your equipment leasing company" when all thay are a bunch of scammers. The attorney Ari Modoff is a crook and a scammer. They are filing lawsuits outside the staute of limitations hoping the people won't show up. We need to expose them to the entire country. There must be a way. I have started process of writing to my congressman and attorney general. My phone number is 239-590-9856 if anyone reads this and wants to join the class action lawsuit.
