Quicken Bill Pay [PLEASE SHARE] I've been a Quick Bill Pay customer for 18 years. They have a new version I had to sign up for because the old version is going away. They put me through all kinds of hoops for that but Bill Pay doesn't get activated after two weeks. I call and ask why. They told me they sent me an email asking for my driver's license, utility bill, voided check and social security card. Nationwide

I've been a Quick Bill Pay customer for 18 years. They have a new version I had to sign up for because the old version is going away. They put me through all kinds of hoops for that but Bill Pay doesn't get activated after two weeks. I call and ask why. They told me they sent me an email asking for my driver's license, utility bill, voided check and social security card. I didn't get the email so I fax the info because it's too late to mail. Costs me $6 at the UPS store as I don't have a fax machine anymore. They send me an email and say the voided check from our personal account didn't have the account number they have on file. So, I fax them a voided check from our business account. They send me another email saying that's not the account number they have on file. IT'S THE ONLY TWO ACCOUNTS WE HAVE IN QUICKEN!!!!! I call customer service and get someone in India. All he can do is repeat - the voided checks I sent are not the accounts they have on file - and I can't understand most of what he's saying. FAIL!!! I canceled the service. Stay away from Quicken Bill Pay. They don't know their a*s from a hole in the ground and besides, they force you to update Quicken every two years to keep Quick Bill Pay.
