Radio Shack sold me a computer cheap, saying becaus they were changing brands. It was in box, with a manual. The manual turned out to be for a later moodel, with different parts, etc.After much trouble [not hardware], I was told by IBM that it had been sold about eight months before I had bought it.

Im sorry to hear that you got nailed by a store with no sales ethics at all. We're not all that way but I will only garentee my own which Im leaving soon do to the declineing management of the company.

Unfortunately that system has to be well over 2 years old and I sincerely doubt anything would be done with it unless you got the extended warrenty.

If so "give me a call" You'd be surprised what rights that little warrenty gives you. I know I couldnt make up for time lost or stress, But I do believe that Fair is Fair and thats why I'll soon be gone.

They've got me for over $10,000. And as long as its legal and withing their rules Most of which the majority of peaple doesnt know, Id be more than happy To make at least one wrong right...My phone is 3198506038.

TO The web manager. I would rather not have these posted since they are not from the actual company, just an employee who knows enough rules and loopholes to solve both his problem and also the speaker problem. That is part of why your up and You can always use that for promotion in the future.
