With promo. signs posted throughout the store that state if you spend $50 you get $10 back. the store clerk and the manager cheated me out of the $20 that should have been credited to me and they must have used it for themselves. I contacted corporate with this complaint and was ignored.

Radio Shack buys from China for penny's and sells it for %1000 profit. They hire workers that know nothing about what they are selling. Corporate knows this and wont even respond to a complaint that their own store manager is on the take. The store owes me $20 and an apology. Stay out of Radio Shack they are a RIPOFF!!

Holiday Coupon Promotion

AUTHOR: Ashton - ()

POSTED: Sunday, March 31, 2013

Hello,

The promotion you are speaking of was a Holiday Coupon Promotion, that provided you spent $50, your email would be collected and a $10 coupon would be sent to your email.

Did the employees collect your email during the checkout process? I would advise you check your SPAM folder as well, as sometimes promotional emails can get sent there.

I apologize that no one was able to explain the promotion properly, but it was not an "instant" discount or cash owed. It was a coupon promotion that sent you a $10 coupon (to be used on a purchase of $10 or more on your next purchase) for every $50 you spent in the store.

I hope this clarified things a little bit.

Instead of apologizing for mistreating their customers this company chooses to talk down to the person who was taken advantage of. Good job RS. This is the same guy who choose not to respond to my email.

Also, you state:   "Radio Shack buys from China for penny's and sells it for %1000 profit"

Where in the world did you get this interesting little piece of "data?" Please cite your source(s).

If, as YOU say, they purchase something for a dollar, they therefore sell it at $1000.00, according to you.

That IS a pretty good mark up.
