Realty Associates Peter Merritt Isaac Bradley Ramona Woods Black Chad Black Theft by deception of leasing home totaling over $6,000 Houston Texas

Recently my husband and I were in search of a home, we submitted $6,000 and were told that we were approved. We never moved into the home that we were told were approved for, after being contacted by the listing agent of the property she said that it sounded like we were apart of a scam and that we needed to contact the authorities immediately. After several attempts to receive updates from the realtor at this location the broker informed us that the realtor admitted that the money he received from us was not turned over to the listing agent, but that it was used for personal consumption and would be returned to us in a matter of days. It is now more 90 days and we have still not received our money, and they are no longer responding. This business is not a ethical corporation and they are making a living by scamming consumers out of their hard earned money and leaving them almost homeless.
