I'm not sure who the guy is that made the negative report above as it was before my time here.  However, in the year that I have worked for Shyda, I have found her to be nothing but honest, upfront, and more than above board in all of her real estate dealings.  I could provide anyone interested with a long list of happy customers that have dealt with us in the last 12 plus months. 

For clarification purposes:  Shazia is Shyda's daughter and does not work with us.  She works for a different company entirely.  Shyda and Realty Network have never been in any kind of lawsuit.  Everything this complaint says is fabricated as evidenced by the fact that the client involved in the transaction being disputed took the time to come on here and clarify the situation.  Our track record of successful closings (residential sales, commercial sales, and commercial leases) will prove to anyone how credible Realty Network and Shyda are.  Should anyone have any questions or concerns, feel free to give me a call directly here at the office at 713-561-5810.

 In response to your poorly written attack on this company I must first start out by pointing out the numerous grammatical errors. These very serious accusations you have levelled toward this company are written in a format best suited for a adolescent Facebook rant. I must say that I doubt anyone can take such a Jerry Springeresque rant so seriously. We have no idea who you are or to what you refer. Perhaps you're a jaded rival or a desperate competitor grabbing at anything to keep your ship from sinking

The "aliases" you mention are, in fact, two different people. Unless advanced technology I am unaware of has been invented which splits someone into two different corporeal existences that is your first error. 

Also lacking is evidence of a lawsuit. None have been filed, and no papers have been served that I am aware of. 

If you have realistic accusations and complaints against us please feel free to communicate them to us, with solid evidence and not the unfounded hearsay you have presented which would make the most unethical attorney blush. 

The egregiousness of your cyber-tantrum indicates a less than ideal professional bearing on your part. Please consider maturing and speaking with us to rectify any percieved wrong we have done to you in the past. Anonymous drama through the medium of cyberspace won't accomplish anything

I am the client mentioned herein. No wrong action was taken by either of these fine women. Neither Shazia nor Shyda. They're of exceptional character and integrity and have treated their clients with utmost respect and kindness.
