RealtyTrac.Com charges you $25 a month for a reputed service of providing all known foreclosures to the area you seek with full basic information such as addresses and prices.

After paying my fee, I was provided a list of close to 200 listings in the county, over 85% of them had no asking price listed. I selected eight that did and went to each of them including one address that listed five seperate condo's at the address. Two of the eight were invalid addresses this included the condo mentioned above address given was for a church. Two more of the eight had invalid street numbers such as 1979 47th Ave and the road ended at 23rd street (And I checked for it possibly picking up again further on somewhere else) of the remaining four all had been sold in the last 2-6 months.

Clearly this company is making no attempt to check and confirm their listings or to provide accurate information. In short you pay your $25 a month to be given a bunch of worthless info. This is a ripoff in my eyes.

We appreciate comments by our subscribers although, we also appreciate examples of the data descrepencies. We cannot address any data issues without specifics.

Realtytrac is an aggregator of pre-foreclosure and Bank owned properties. We do not abstract our data so we are at the mercy of those who provide the information to us. However, we can document just as many success stories of consumers who like what we have. We offer a 7 day free look at our website and subscriptions are month to month.

I am always available to answer any questions relating to our data as is our very capable customer service department.
