Realtrac is a Rip off company. They offer a free trial for services which are unsatisfactory, there is no info worth paying for on there web site. I cancelled my free trial on the 1st day of the trial, they still charged my credit card.
After several emails by me and very little response by realtytrac they agreed to refund my money ( because I had email proof that I cancelled they free trial in time ) they agreed to refund my money on 08/09/05 it is now 09/09/05 and still no refund. I have sent several emails with only one response, we already refunded you. LIES, LIES, LIES. I have not received a refund and I have reported this to my credit card company for investigation.
Although this is a small amount of money, it is the principal of the situation. Just think of how much money this company is making off RIPPING OFF the small guy like us. BEWARE OF REALTY TRAC THEY RIP OFF PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME.
