Reloadit Blackhawk Network Scam; crooks who steal your money Reno Nevada Internet

I attempted to send money to a friend to be credited to their Netspend card through Reloadit.

Their instructions tell you to call their customer service number to effectuate the transfer.

Upon calling you get a recording that says that customer service can no longer credit your account and that it must be done online by opening a "safe". You are further told that it will take 2 to 4 hours before the account can be verified and credited.

I tried for hours to transfer the funds, and repeatedly received a message that said they were still trying to verify the receiver's Netspend account number.  

After numerous attempts, over a 24 hours period, a different message appears that says their network is "experiencing technical difficulties".

Upon contacting theier customer service number (which call service is located in El Salvador), the representative simply tells you to wait and try again later, that they have no way to force the transfer, and that they have no ability to refund the money.

A total scam. They are stealing your money and not transferring it to any other accounts.

They are crooks.
