Rent-a-center BS ripoffs Rockledge Florida

I rented a computer from rent-a-center I fell behind on my payments, I know I am not the only person in the world to do so. Well rent a center through this whole time harassed every single person I had on my contact list including myself and my grandparents who aren't in the best of health ever day until I finally had them come and get it, well I then went to walk out of my house one day and mind you I returned the computer a couple weeks after falling behind, no intentions on keeping it, just really busy, and also thought that I might be able to catch up on things, I get arrested for Petit Theft they said I never returned the computer, costed me 750.00 just to get out of jail two weeks missed of work, and a 2500.00 lawyer bill that doesn't even begin to explain the humiliation,and other things that it costed me.

So after my lawyer called my witnesses my old boss who spoke with rent-a-center after they got the computer to confirm, and my roomate who was home at the time presented this info to them, they drop the charges, because they realized they had the computer the whole time. DO I have a cause for a lawsuit?
