This is a finance company in Rooms to Go that operates with 2 girls That are the worst customer service people ever!
They are like spiders waiting for the fly. After they GET you, they are extremely rude, unhelpful and take on late fees for reasons they seem to just make up. I tried to dispute them and I was completely ignored! You are at their rude, disrespectful mercy. They seem to enjoy being mean to people. Then whatever you finance be prepared to pay more than double! This is like more than 100% interest! Is this legal? I only Financed for 10 months! Rooms to Go be ashamed. You don’t put this on your commercials!
i will continue to try to get justice and warn people a out this company. They should not be in business

Late Fee?

That would be an on time fee if it was paid on the due date, early fee if paid prior. But OP said Late Fee so that must be a fee for it being AFTER the due date.
Hope OP comes back to clarify which fee it was.

If they receive a payment AFTER the due date, that qualifies as a late payment and a late fee is applied. But wait a minute...are you saying you paid on time and they are still charging you a late fee??? Please explain this.
