Good day, I am writing to receive some support and to get this issue resolved. I have purchased furniture from Bob's Discount Furniture back I. July 2015. Since I have never missed a payment late at times yes. I have received calls from Acceptance Now everyday on my job, on my cellphone even if I have given them a date of when I will make the payment. I have kept up my payments even when I was out on medical leave for 6 months and not receiving a paycheck from work. During that time I have had two people come to my home to pick up the furniture even though I have made a payment. Causing embarrassment to my neighbors. Today I spoke to a representative my payment was due on the 15th and stated that I would make the payment on March 2nd when I get paid again. She told me she will have to call me every day until then. I asked her not to call me and do not call me at my work. She told she would if I did not pick up the phone. I asked how many payments I had left because 2 months ago o asked and the representative told me at that time 4 payment once I make that payment. Today this representative told me 5.8 I asked what is the .8 she said in an unsur tone 5 months and 8 days but she just rounds it up to 6 months. I stated 8 days is not a month.

“I have had two people come to my home to pick up the furniture even though I have made a payment. Causing embarrassment to my neighbors.”

That should embarrass you, not your neighbors.

“I stated 8 days is not a month.”

March 2nd is not February 15th.
