 I purchased a sectional from rooms to go which was financed through Acceptance Now. the total price of the sectional was $2500. We put$500 down and paid anywhere from$260 - $280 a month ( payment kept changing). About 4-5 months we decided to just pay it off and we're told the payoff price was $2790!!! That's more than the purchase price! To He manager of acceptance now Tiffany was and is very rude and has the most horrible customer service manners I have ever come across when dealing with customer service or sales people! After she threatened about 5 times that she was going to pick up"her" sofa we decided we don't want to deal with her or Acceptance Now anymore I told her she can come get the sofa! She then tells me she can't pick it up and has a "no pickup policy"!! I told her I'm sick and cannot pay anymore on the sectional and to come pick it up! She began yelling at me so I said I would call her district manager and hung up!!! Please never deal with Acceptance Now, they are a total rip off!!! Deceiving and dishonest and terrible customer contact!!!
