#2 Consumer Suggestion

Did the contract...

Specify how much your payments would be and how many payments that you would make? Did you sign the contract?

I am assuming that the answer to both questions is "yes". If that is true, then why would you be entitled to a refund? This is simply an unfavorable contract, not a ripoff.

Are you intitled to a refund?

AUTHOR: Thomas - (U.S.A.)

Nope!

Next time, save your payments [money] in a bank or credit union until you have accumulated the full purchase price, and then you go shopping. You will have to wait several months, maybe even a year, but you will save a lot of your own money. What do you think about this strategy?
