So my sister makes this mistakes and orders her furniture from this stupid store and their low life delivery guys deliver the furniture to her house and without installing the bottom parts for the couches they just drop off the furniture in the middle of her living room and tell her we'll be back in like 30 minutes to install them and THEY NEVER GO BACK TO FINISH THEIR DELIVERY JOB. What kind of a business is this? Do delivery guys take a break and promise to come back and finish the delivery in any other business???
wow i mean seriously rent a center we don't want intelligent guys to do the delivery but come on at least make sure they are reliable Jesus Christ! This people are so unprofessional and careless it's unacceptable. On top of all this madness there is a big rip on the brand new couch so if they don't bring a brand new couch for my sister I will take them to small claim court cause they suck! They need to start a new business if their delivery people deliver their products like this!! Stupid people!!! have some class and integrity for your business!!!
