Revitalize skin serum ReNewEyeCreamAgeless VITA C Canceled order and they automatically charge a supposed cancellation fee of $38.71 to CC Fountain Valley California

Cell phone ad purchased revi-serum, Rene-cream,$4.99 each Agel-vit C was automatically added to my purchase for $19.99.  They were using Dr Oz's name, after reading complaints) which I should have done before I ordered. Dr Oz does not represent them and customers were complaining that their credit card was being charged an outrageous amount each month for the product under their auto ship.  There is no place when you place an order that states you will continue to receive auto ship on these products, I looked for this  I called to cancel the order and it was a recording, that says press 2 to cancel, person then comes on the line and I told her that I wanted to send back the items and could she give me the address to return the items, and that I wanted to cancel any future orders.  She says your account will be charged $38.71 cancellation fee and hung up.

I pulled up my credit card information and they immediately had charged my account.  Even though it was in pending authorizations, the credit card person told me that I would be responsilbe for that amount and I could not get it taken off even if I disputed the charge. 

I had my credit card immediately canceled and did not have them replace it with another.
