I kept seeing ads on line for free trial facial cream called Revitalize Skin Serum. It said 14 day trial.  I thought this meant 14 days worth of serum. I ordered and not only did I receive the serum, but I got complimentary Renew Eye Cream. Within just a few days outside of 14 days, I received two boxes - the serum and the eye cream. I had to search for their phone number to cancel one at a time. 

I then found out I was charged $81.00 for one  and $89.00 for the other. I had not opened either box and have tried repeatedly to return and get my money back. They refuse. I just got charged $200 for products I do not like and never wanted.

Beware of this company.

ReVitalize Skin Serum The company name that came through from the bank was Allure Skin. The phone number was also invalid. I was charge 89.95 on two separate occasions and finally got through to this weird automated call center and spoke to Rahul who continuously told me I could not have a refund. I told him they did. It have authorization to charge my card he was trying to give me. Refund for 35%, 50% and then 75% but I stood my ground and said I wanted the full refund. I still get to see the full refund. I was refunded 89.95. I called a second time to inform them I did not get all of the money back and that is where I was told that they do not let you return the item. I have never heard of such a thing! I was also told that since I filed a dispute with my bank they would no longer talk with Me and that disputes are a 3 way call with myself the bank and them. I hope that others see this and dont buy anything from them. Fountain valley California

When I called to say i didn't want to get anymore of the product, I was told I had to send the product back and would be charged $9.95 for returning the product. Lo & behold, on my credit card statement I was charged NOT $4.99 for shipping but $88.10 for serum & $89.95 for eye cream. I was done with them. Next month & get more product & billed against for $88.10 & $89.95. Called 1-888-402-9089 to cancel & they said it was a monthly charge, but offered me 75% off, 50% off, etc. I said cancel. I will await my next month's bill, but beware - THIS IS A SCAM and unless you want to pay this kind of money monthly for a small amount of product, don't order. Internet
