I saw an ad on facebook, 14 days trial. I did not expect to be trial started on the day that I placed an order instead of the day I received the products. So it took a while for the product to arrive, I was busy so I did not have a time to try the products but I saw 2 charges in my credit cards. I called them back they said nothing they can do because trial period was expried 14 days after the order placed. They don't care how long it took for the postal arrived, they just stick with their policy. I requested to speak to her supervisior, she did not let me talk to anyone, she said no one is available today. That is really a scam and bad customer service. I really want to kind of business to shut down before they rip off all busy stupid customer like me.
