 I was looking for a good place online to but affordable scrubs and found rmf. I ordered one set just to see how they look and hopefully would buy more. These scrubs, I just received today, are awful!!! They look like somebody took a sheet and cut it up and see it into a crappy looking outfit. I could've made them myself. I'm reporting this to others to know not to use this site to order scrubs because it's horrible! Then they charge like 6 bucks just to send them back and no telling how long for refund. It's crazy and I refuse to use them again.

You came to the right place as we are the cheapest in whole USA, offering logo only $3 set up is free and embroidery text line upto 3 lines only $3 no one else is offering so cheap, not sure what do you mean by awful as our fabric is 155 gsm which is heavier than fabrics of dickies and cherokee therefore we will really appreciate if you could email us in detail preferably with picture to understand quickly at info@rmfscrubs.com , Please also note that we have a policy to reply all emails within one business day, Regards

RMF SCRUBS I was so upset after ordering lab coats for my toddler's Doc McStuffins themed Birthday Party for all of her classmates. Not only did the package take over a month to arrive, but as my daughter's birthday party approached I contacted them to cancel the order. They never answered the phone. When they finally replied I was told it was no point of canceling the order because all of their shipping/restocking/returning costs would absorb what I paid. Florida/New York Internet

RMF Scrubs I ordered a pair of scrubs and it was taking a long time for them to even ship it so I asked them to cancel my order and they refused. I called their 800 number and talked to someone who could barely speak English and the reception was horrible. We got disconnected 3 times and then she hung up on me. I then contacted PayPal to file a dispute/claim. In the mean time they kept sending me harassing emails telling me they would not cancel my order. The last email I received even said they were going to throw my scrubs in the garbage and refund my shipping, but not anything else. Paypal made it right and refunded me the entire amount. These people are very rude and have terrible customer service. Don't order from them whatever you do. Somerville New Jersey
