TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ORDERED SCRUBS THAT ENDED UP BEING WAY TOO BIG. THEN I REQUESTED AN EXCHANGE FOR WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS GOING TO COST ME MORE THAN 44.50 USD WHICH IS THE SAME COST OF THE SCRUBS THEMSELVES. THEN I WAS TOLD IF I ORDER ANOTHER SET THEY WOULD GIVE ME DISCOUNT WHICH IS B*******. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SET WHEN I SHOULD JUST BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY OWN. THEN I SAID I WANTED TO JUST RETURN THEM AND THAT I WOULD PAY FOR PRIVATE COURIER ON MY OWN TO RETURN THEM TO AVOID ALL THESE UNNECESSARY SHIPPING. CHARGES AND THEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD STILL COST ME OVER 30 USD TO JUST RETURN THEM!? NEVER BEEN SO OUTRAGED IN MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE MORONS AGAIN. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. NOT TO MENTION IT TOOK ME OVER 2 WEEKS TO GET THEM. HORRIBLE. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS NONETHELESS!!!!!

Please note that very clearly icon "size chart" is posted on our website which clearly shown that we are suggesting sizes according to body measurements and product measurements are 4 to 5 inches bigger, which clearly proves that by mistake you have bought the wrong size and if it is customers fault than customer have to pay for return shipping and also the shipping charges for sending the new product back to customer, as we are selling very good product at remarkably lower prices therefore these charges looks very high.
Therefore in order to help customer we offered 30% discount in new purchase which is much less than shipping charge, meaning in order to help customer RMF SCRUBS is ready to loose 30% in new sale. Please also note that accordiing to our shipping policy posted on our website usder icon "Ship and Return" normally orders are dispatcheced in 1 to 7 b.days and courier delivers it in 3 to 6 b.days so maximum times comes to 13 b.days and if order is placed on Friday than 13 b.day will be on 19th business days and you received your order in two weeks which means that you have received on 14the day, 5 days earlier than our maximum time, We are also offering Rush Delivery against in 3 to 6 days upcharge of $8.
