I ordered a nursing dress from them in a size small my usual size and it came and the dress looks like a large garbage bag with a neck hole in it. I tried to contact them about exchanging the dress for a smaller size and they want to charge me for a whole new dress and then tells me they will give me a discount on a new order and I can sell the other one. Then I ask for a refund they tell me I will have to pay $6 to ship it back which is fine then they say they take out a $3.50 restock fee and $5.95 shipping and handling how are you charging me shipping in handling when I paid $6 to have the dress shipped back. Then they say they can reshape the order with 50% off and then I can see the dress it give it away for the rest of my money no I don't want another one of your crappy irregular dresses I want my money back. Do not order for these people they are a rip off and a scam I am going through PayPal to see if I can get my money back.

Please note that size chart posted on our website, clearly shown that size chart is according to body measurements and product measurements are 4 to 5 inches bigger, which confirms that customer made a mistake in selecting size. On our regular customer request we reduced the prices drastically and accordingly shipping and handling and re-stockin charges were enforced, our customers are very happy with the extra ordinary reduced prices, which are now less than re-stocking and shipping and handling, therefore if customer returns than customer have to pay more money than cost of product. In order to help customer we offered 50% discount in new purchase which customer can also recover by selling/gift/charity as products already received stays with customer. If some can think better offer than this than please do not hesitate to let us know. Regards
