Rosegal not sure merchandise not received Internet

I placed an order on Sept 1st 2014. After paying, I read that I would receive my product within 12-25 business days! Today has been 33 business days. Almost 2 months since I ordered my product. I have tried to contact them several times and several ways. Though they claim filing a complaint ticket online it will be responded to within 24 hours, I have filed a ticket three times and no response. When I tried to call it goes to voicemail and then says mailbox cannot take any more messages. I have asked for a refund on my missing item in 5 seperate emails.
