Rosegal ordered four shirts size 2x. took at least three weeks to arrive one at a time. the shirt is like a size medium! no way it is a 2x so i decide to call and get a return label. tried the phone number given and it is a non working number! so then I try to fill out a support claim. Told my problem and get to the bottom of the screen where there is a code you have to put in to submit. It clearly says 9838 which is what I put in!! Kept saying "code is not correct" Really! This is just ridiculous! I just want to return the four shirts and get my money back! Found an email support@rosegal.com we will see if that helps. never again will i shop at this site! Internet

I ordered four 2x shirts off of Rosegal.com on facebook.  I received the first one today.  It fit me like a medium!  No way was it a 2x..So I decide to get online and get a return label to ship it back and maybe cancel the remaining three shirts if they have not been sent yet.  I go to rosegal.com and get to a support number that I call and it is a non working number, imagine that!  So I go to a support claim page where I punch in all my info and at the bottom there is one of those codes that they use to make sure I am not a robot.  It clearly says "9838" so I punch that in and try to submit...nothing  it says not the code.  It will not let me hit submit without this darn code!  Come on people, now I'm starting to see that this is a scam website from China, great!  I just want my money back $74.00 and you can have your medium shirts back!  This is absolutely ridiculous.  I though maybe just maybe I found a store that has cute clothes for big women...wrong again!
