 I placed an order with rosegal over 2 months ago, and I have yet to receive anything. I contacted them once and they told me that my order had already shipped and I would be receiving it soon. One month later still nothing. Now when I try to contact them my order number is no longer valid. The phone number on the website doesn't work and their live chat link is also invalid. I have tread sending emails through different likes and through facebook as well. Nothing. I just want my money. Lesson learned never buying anything online every again.

 as I stated in my previous complaint my order number is now showing as invalid. I would appreciate my money back.

We very much regret that the issue has occurred and are fully committed to resolving it to your satisfaction.

As you selected free Flat Rate Shipping and the delivery time of surface mail will be around 10-25 business days after dispatch if there are no delays. But there are some external factors which may cause some delay on delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, inclement weather and delay by corresponding customs' operations and express company.

Please provide the order number, we will then be able to check the package status and resolve the issue for you soon.

We are also upset at the customer's dissatisfaction and want to ensure they are perfectly satisfied with their experience.  We need to identify where the disconnect was so we may prevent it from happening again.
