Roto Rooter Refused to honor warranty, overcharged 1000% Cincinnati Ohio

My elderly Mother-in-law had a repair done by Roto-Rooter. After paying more than $1200 for a repair that took 15 minutes, it was discovered that the repair was no good. She didn't know better, so she payed him.

I complained about them taking advantage of an elderly person who had had a stroke and not even doing the job they said they did, and they laughed at me. They would not come back or give her the money back.

After writing several letters to Chemed Corp., the company that owns Roto-Rooter, they continued to say they did nothing wrong. They didn't care to look into the problem, other than ask the local office what happened.

I'm 65 years old and have never had a company treat me the way Chemed Corp. did, their continued responce, when they responded at all, was you simply don't mater, we've got your money and we are going to keep it.
