I happened to be outa town,1 day tolong.She discovers a leak (Not a gusher) a drip. not knowing when I'd be back . She had my sister (Who lives 100+ miles away) to call Roto-Rooter for her. (My moms english not to good). She feeling that my mom was in safe hands (she's seen the commercials also) figures my mom was in safe hands. If you cant believe the Roto Rooter Man after all the years 25+ hearing their friendly tune "And away Go Troubles Down the Drain" Now my sister felt that this well known company would do bussiness professionaly and not seize the chance of " Eldlerly lady, Japanese but can speak bits of english. enough to know that Mr Roto-Rooter had to go to "Lowes" to purchase some parts he didnt have" and have conversation saying that they "GUARANTEE Their work and parts. enough that after the following day he understood she had a leak because "he forgot to put the pipe sealer so it was leaking from that. But he for got to let her know that the cost was going to be almost $1000.00. or what labor per hour was appearently money is not a concern for the Roto Rooter service man. He wasnt paying the bill. She just felt safe because it was ROTO-ROOTER. (BEWARE JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE A BIG COMPANY SINGING A CUTE SONG. FOR MANY YEARS, that you are safe.
