Do not purchase Roxio products with a rebate promised!
I purchased Roxio's Media Creator 7 with a rebate attached. Sent it in. Waited over 5 months and still no response!

Finally phoned Roxio Support. What a run around I got. And in the end, never received any rebate, tho I did all necessary tasks directly after I bought the item: sent receipt, rebate sticker, box label, etc. just as they asked.

It seems to me that Roxio, or else the rebate center they use, is crooked.

Anyway, stay away from Roxio products unless you can get an instant rebate.
