Royal Caribbean International Dishonest Custom Air Service

We strongly encourage you to make you own air arrangements for your Royal Caribbean cruise because the Royal Caribbean Custom Air service is dishonest.

Royal Caribbean Custom Air did not provide the service they promised, made several errors and then refused to credit our account for the errors they made.

Here is how your reservation may go:

1) The Royal Caribbean Custom Air agent will promise you air arrangements, make the reservation and charge your credit card for their fee.

2) Royal Caribbean Custom Air and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line will send you a confirmation.

3) You will call the airport to discover that the air confirmations provided by Royal Caribbean are incorrect.

4) You may miss your flight or the ship departure because RC Custom Air made errors.

5) You may be prevented from boarding the ship because RC Custom Air made errors.

6) Your account may be overcharged several times for services not provided.

7) You may attempt to resolve before, during and after your trip but Royal Caribbean will not respond for several months.

8) You may be refused credit for errors made by RC Custom Air.

I am also very disappointed that the Royal Caribbean Customer Service department has not thoroughly investigated this complaint and discovered that they have errored. We certainly have provided enough factual information in a timely manner for them to ascertain that they have made a mistake.

Meanwhile, we are still awaiting a reply from a higher command at Royal Caribbean. They certainly are not as responsive after you have departed their ship.

Save youself money and inconvenience by not utilizing the services of Royal Caribbean Custom Air. Make your own air reservations.
