RX Helper Prescription help for the uninsured Deerfield Florida

I was contacted by RX Helper o help with the cost of my husband prescriptions.  I was told he could receive his insulin, topral and liptor all for $59.95 per month.  There was a $50 sign up fee.  I authorized them to deduct the funds from my savings acct.  I received paperwork to sign via email.  When I got it it only had authorization for the Topral.  I called the company several times before I got a live person.  Lines were always busy and the automated system said I could have them call me back and would not lose my place in line.  Tried that a couple of times with no call back finally held on the line for 20 minutes and got a person. I asked why I did not receive authorization for the insulin and Liptor.  They said those were not covered.  I asked to be removed for the plan and receive a refund since I was mislead.  Then they said they coul get the insulin and would drop my monthly charge to $49.95 and would sent paperwork to authorize the insulin.  I agreed and waited for my email.  Guess what it never arrived.  I wrote a letter cancelling my plan as stated in their paperwork.  A week and a half after the letter they called in which I was cancelled.  Still no refund.  

Do not get hooked up with this comapny they totally mislead me and I have not received any refunds as to date.
